▌ What You'll Do
• Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in collaboration with engineers and account managers.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure all project activities are aligned and on schedule.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery — providing clear, proactive updates on status, timelines, and any changes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, escalate issues early, and work with the team to implement mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, change orders, and post-project reviews.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets and flag variances to leadership promptly.
• Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Coordinate hardware and software procurement, track order status, and ensure timely delivery to support project schedules.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices across the team.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between engineering, sales, and client success teams — ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
