ITAD Project Coordinator I

Starting wage: $17.50

Brief Summary of Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) projects by scheduling equipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation for customers and field representatives.
  • Support the ARS Sales team by arranging transportation and logistics for customer projects.
  • Create and maintain project records within EPC's project management software.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, carriers, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and expenses, communicating updates and resolving issues as needed.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to facilitate successful project completion.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

 

Experience and/or Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience coordinating schedules, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining effective customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing tasks at a desk or workstation with regular use of a computer, including typing and mouse usage required

 

Experience and/or Education Preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience working with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers.
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors or contractors.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, resolve issues, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal department.
