Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Project Development Project Manager to join our Pre Const Development Team team located at the Commerce Administration Building working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

Responsibilities:

* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Develop and execute detailed timelines for project implementation
* Communicates project activities; supports the decision making process; and ensures approval of all plans, activities, products and deliverables, and resource expenditures
* Document key project activities and provide written and verbal reports to management personnel as requested
* Informs Construction Services leadership of progress and/or issues regarding requested contracts, requisitions, and payments to vendors
* Ensures current procurement processes are followed for all aspects of a construction project
* Manages and monitors design, planning, construction or maintenance phases, utility relocation, related activities concerning right-of-way, audits, and all other transportation management related work
- Reviews and approve engineering design proposals, contracts and selects engineering firms for all projects
- Reviews and approve invoices for engineering, testing, and progressive project pay estimates on all projects
- Reviews and approve design engineering proposals and construction contracts for all projects
* Reports on-going construction projects to assigned leadership
- Performance of contractors
- Reports on all other projects in various stages from design, environmental, right of way acquisition, utility relocation, and construction to assigned leadership
* Compiles spreadsheets, audit notes and analyses information to ensure it meets established standard policy requirements and procedures
* Cultivate and sustain cooperative relationships across different divisions, departments, and external entities
* Performs all other duties as assigned
