Duties

Assist the DFMWR Project Manager with special projects for the enhancement of MWR programs.,Assist with development and administration plans based on marketing surveys, staff studies, and short and long range program plans.,Serve as the Strategic Planning Coordinator and provide assistance and information, answers questions, and receives complaints in support of the Interactive Customer Satisfaction (ICE) System.,Compiles and track reports, suspense's; makes required changes to procedures and recommends changes to policy. Validates operational workload data and accumulate and provide statistical analysis in the form of charts and narratives, as required.,Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Candidate must have demonstrated ability and experience or education to perform the duties of the position. 2. Must interact well with people and be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. 3. In addition, be able to write clearly and concisely. 4. Must be able to prepare and manage recurring reports and have the ability to work independently under general supervision. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. One year work experience with FMWR. 2. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
