Responsibilities:
- Initiates and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors
- Final review of payment applications
- Assists in creating and carrying out a job specific safety plan
- Ensures a quality control plan is developed and implemented
- Manges the procurement process including labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts
- Participates in all preconstruction services
- Support and manage project superintendents
- Oversees start-up and commissioning
- Manages project close out

- Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook functions
