Bench Dogs – Project Manager
Bench Dogs is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our growing team and support an expanding project workload. This role leads projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Bench Dogs' quality standards.
You'll work alongside an established project management team to manage custom manufacturing and installation projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $72,000–$78,000 annually

What You'll Do
- Manage projects from pre-sales planning through production, installation, and delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Project management experience (custom manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with ERP systems (EPICOR strongly preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, woodworking, or custom fabrication
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
