Hourly Rate: $47.20 - $55.93 per hour

Duties:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic organizational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Establish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, governance processes, and best practices to drive consistency and accountability across projects.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Oversee project portfolio management, including project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting to ensure organizational resources are aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.

PMP or CAPM certification or other relevant project management certifications.

3+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex and strategic projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean)

Intermediate knowledge and usage of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello).

Current and in good standing: valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
