Hourly Rate: $47.20 - $55.93 per hour

Duties:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic organizational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, governance processes, and best practices to drive consistency and accountability across projects.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee project portfolio management, including project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting to ensure organizational resources are aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
- PMP or CAPM certification or other relevant project management certifications.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex and strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Intermediate knowledge and usage of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello).
- Current and in good standing: valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
