• Corporate Office – Mt. Morris, PA
Direct Report: 
• Business Operations Manager
Purpose:
• The Project Analytics Manager will act as the liaison between the Company’s operations 
and back-office team. The role will collect, and analyze data related to a project, 
providing insights and recommendations to managers and stakeholders to ensure projects 
are completed on time, within budget, and meet objectives by identifying potential issues 
and proposing solutions through data-driven analysis and research. 
Responsibilities: 
• Approve Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll for the company
• Contributes to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
• Conducts and presents feasibility analysis reports for assigned projects
• Identifies and provides real time analysis of key performance indicators
• Monitors and evaluates the overall project
• Analyzes project data and produces insights

• Provides operational support by liaising with stakeholders, milestones tracking, timelines, 
and all other reports, research, and analytics as requested by Company management
• Prepares, reviews, and maintains service agreements, proposals, contracts, project 
specific documentation, third party reports, and key communications
• Reviews, audits, and measures operational data against key performance indicators and 
communicates irregularities or lagging metrics to Company management in real time
• Assists Company management in the preparation of project budgets by providing insights 
into cost drivers and recommending cost-saving measures
• Assists Company management with the facilitation project meetings and follows up with 
assigned action items as required
• Conducts financial analysis of project expenditures and budgetary limits to assess each 
project’s profitability and financial health and communicate any significant budget 
variances to Company management in real time
• Partners with operational managers to address any identified financial and or resource 
allocations shortcomings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement, and 
accounting teams, to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Assign tasks to Company team members when assistance is required
• All other duties as assigned by Company management
Experience:
• 2+ years of management experience required
• 1+ years of accounting / finance required 
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operational, project management, and other shared 
service teams is required
Educational Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is required; however, 
candidates with extensive demonstrated experience in project analytics will be considered 
in lieu of education.
Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
• Ability to proficiently utilize the programs with the Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to proficiently utilize ERP systems such as Salesforce and Sage 300
• Ability to be a highly motivated, self-starter
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Ability to adhere to schedules
• Ability to assess and quickly solve problems 
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to be physically seated for long periods of time in a standard issue desk chair
• Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week including weekend assignments 
when required
• Ability to visually tolerate prolonged exposure to computer screens, mobile device 
(phones, tablets, etc.) screens. 
• Ability to read documents and materials in hard and soft copy form (either naturally or 
with corrective lenses)
• Ability to walk, step, climb stairs to access or otherwise move from one location to 
another which normally involves walking within and around locations and when required 
to climb and descend stairs to access areas as required
• Ability to visually see well (either naturally or with corrective lenses)
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and sit for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to and including 50 lb. objects as required
• Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all-weather conditions as required
