We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Production and Operations teams. This role focuses on project execution, coordination, documentation, and communication; working closely with the Field Logistics Coordinator, who manages material delivery logistics.
Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor field crews
- Oversee project execution to ensure scope, quality, safety, and profitability goals are met
- Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements at job intake
- Maintain accurate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and internal teams to support material readiness
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve production or scope issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for customer concerns related to job quality and services provided
- Support change management, documentation, and internal coordination of change orders
- Support project closeout activities including documentation, verification, and final billing
- Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
