Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with DELCO quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of construction projects from contract award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope alignment.
• Monitor project costs and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Support project closeout activities including punch list completion and final documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing multifamily wood-frame construction projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
