Description
The Project Manager is a high-impact operational role responsible for driving the execution of key program, infrastructure, and communications initiatives across EIF. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation, ensuring that critical projects move from concept to completion with precision, accountability, and a clear connection to student outcomes. The Project Manager works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and build the internal systems and content infrastructure that allow EIF's advising model to scale effectively.
Program Implementation
• Lead the planning and implementation of the Kaplan SAT preparation program across partner campuses, coordinating logistics, schedules, materials, and data tracking
• Develop, maintain, and distribute campus handbooks, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with EIF's advising model and partner ISD requirements
• Coordinate program rollouts across multiple school districts, managing timelines and stakeholder communication to ensure consistent implementation
• Monitor program fidelity and flag implementation gaps for leadership review
Program Infrastructure
• Lead the integration of the Advising Infrastructure Tool (AIT) with EIF's suite of advisor playbooks, ensuring tools are connected, functional, and usable in the field
• Support the development and implementation of the EIF workforce advising playbook, coordinating input from program staff and ensuring alignment with EIF's four-pathway advising model
• Maintain and update EIF's advising playbook library, managing version control, incorporating feedback from the field, and ensuring all materials reflect current practice
• Build and manage project plans for infrastructure initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and responsible parties
Communications and Marketing
• Manage EIF's social media presence, developing and scheduling content that reflects EIF's brand, mission, and student outcomes
• Draft and coordinate student-facing messaging, including outreach communications, event promotions, and seasonal advising campaigns
• Maintain and update EIF's website content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with current programming and partnerships
• Coordinate advising marketing materials and collateral, working with external vendors or internal staff as needed to produce high-quality assets
• Support district and campus-level communications in partnership with Managing Directors and the CEO
Other Duties
• Support special projects and organizational priorities as assigned by the CEO
• Represent EIF professionally in external-facing contexts including partner meetings, events, and funder engagements
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing practical solutions
Requirements
Required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, program operations, communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
• Excellent written communication skills, including experience writing for professional and student-facing audiences
• Proficiency in project management tools and platforms; comfort learning new systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action and accountability
Preferred
• Experience in K-12 education, college access, or nonprofit program management
• Familiarity with social media management, website content systems, or digital communications
• Experience working in or alongside Dallas County school districts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
