Job Description

Description

The Project Manager plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering development projects across EPC Power’s product lines. This individual will serve as the technical bridge between cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineering, operations, test, and product management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards

Requirements

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for project planning and execution across departments.
  • Defi ne project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and technical roadblocks.
  • Drive product lifecycle activities from design through production release.
  • Support documentation efforts including BOMs, test plans, and validation protocols.
  • Assist in change management processes and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Provide technical support during product deployment and customer interaction, as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fi eld. 
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering project coordination or a related role, preferably in a hardware or power electronics environment. 
  • Familiarity with inverter systems, power electronics, or renewable energy systems is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar). 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. 
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • PMP Certification or formal project management training. 
  • Experience with grid-tied or grid-forming power systems. 
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, UL/CSA standards, and hardware validation processes.
