We are currently seeking Project Managers for both our HVAC and Plumbing teams.

A successful candidate will:

  • Have a track record of success in roles of increasing authority and responsibility in the mechanical trades
  • Have a minimum of five years of field experience and two years of project management experience on jobs between $100,000 to $5,000,000+
  • Be familiar with project management software (e.g., Procore), email, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be self-sufficient but also team-oriented
  • Be willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in on work when needed
  • Be motivated by the opportunity to work on quality projects with high-performing teams

 Job accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for the success of projects through all phases of construction
  • Maintain or improve project gross margin while delivering superior levels of customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and employee morale
  • Manage billing and material delivery to keep projects profitable while minimizing fade
  • Coordinate with other Project Managers across OMI to maximize resources including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
  • Manage career progression of field staff including development, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and scheduling

Clean driving record and OSHA 10 or 30 are required. Relevant professional licenses are strongly desired.
