As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering that mission by leading the execution of custom-engineered material handling solutions from concept to completion.
Working alongside customers, engineers, manufacturing teams, subcontractors, and field personnel, the Project Manager will help transform innovative ideas into successful operating systems that customers depend on every day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, building relationships, and taking ownership of outcomes.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead projects from award through customer acceptance.
- Coordinate activities between customers, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, field service, and subcontractors.
- Build trusted relationships through communication, accountability, and follow-through.
- Identify challenges early and develop practical solutions that support project success.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support installation, startup, commissioning, and service activities as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, on schedule, and within budget.

What You'll Bring
- Experience managing projects within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and field installation activities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 30 nights per year.
