Job Description

The Project Manager manages and executes projects, delivery support, and key business processes for the TM practice and CM client delivery projects. This individual leverages project management practices and processes for effective and efficient client delivery and manages large- and small-scale client requests and projects throughout North America and globally.


Making an Impact
•    Develops and executes efficient project processes; creates and maintains project plans (i.e., major activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables).
•    Manages coordination and development of materials for client projects (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, training documents, work session materials, etc.)
•    Monitors projects continuously to ensure projects are kept on track and on budget.
•    Recognizes and analyzes problems and responds with a sense of urgency, using good judgment; makes timely, thoughtful, sometimes difficult decisions; seeks and accepts input from others; has strong influencing skillset.
•    Conducts post-project reviews to foster continuous learning.
•    Individually seeks to expand personal knowledge of Talent & Career Management deliverables to support and expand business.
•    Provides virtual notification support to clients and impacted employees as needed.
•    Participates on project teams to assist in the preparation of proposals (e.g., estimated fees, client reference stories, research, client examples, etc.).
•    Creates project agreements for contingent workforce engaged in delivery and supports them as a member of the consulting delivery team.
•    Supports internal TM & CM business processes (e.g., client billing, time-tracking, report generation, profitability analysis, special projects, etc.). 

Sharing Expertise    
•    Leverage program management skills to drive results and hold stakeholders accountable to delivery commitments. 
•    High sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
•    Participates in and/or leads special project initiatives to support TM & CM strategies, communities of practice, or Client Delivery Operations.

Gaining Exposure
•    Partners with Talent & Career Management consultants in all phases of the client engagement:  Project Initiation, Discovery, Design, Develop, Delivery, and Debrief. 
•    Partners and participates in client-facing meetings (primarily virtual), offering thought partnership and support to clients and the consulting team.
•    Works in partnership with other business units to provide exceptional internal and external client service.

•    Manages projects, delivery support, and key business processes
•    Participates in client and internal stakeholder meetings
•    Escalates challenges within delivery
•    Travel across the US (up to 10 %)

Required
•    3+ years in project management 
•    2+ years in Client Facing position 
•    Project Management: Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
•    Technology: proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and web conferencing technology.  
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have
•    Worked for a large, matrixed, global organization
•    Technology: Proficient in WebEx, Adobe Acrobat, SoGoSurvey (or similar tools)
