We are looking for a Project Manager to lead business improvement initiatives, drive project execution, and support operational success. This role is responsible for managing project plans, analyzing performance data, coordinating team meetings, and ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish.

Primary Job Duties:

• Create and execute project work plans and make revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs.  Manage day-to-day operation aspects of a project and scope. 
• Assist with the development of daily metrics, analyzes data and provides recommendations for improvement
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.  Provides update and gateway presentations
• Maintain a safe working environment (by practicing safe measures, investing in conversations about safe practices and reviewing safe job procedures).
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Identify required resources, assign work and follow up on individual responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Experience managing projects, analyzing data, and meeting deadlines
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Selected candidate must complete and obtain Power Industrial Truck in-house training and certification

Job Details:

Location: 9000 N University, Peoria, IL – Travel to Peoria Area facilities may be required.

Shift: 1st Shift, 6 am start

Pay Range: $65,000 – 75,000 per year
