  • Coordinate and oversee vertical construction activities, ensuring homes are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Adair quality standards

  • Oversee projects from site development through vertical construction and final home delivery, ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction expectations are met

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure homes stay on track

  • Communicate proactively with homeowners and stakeholders throughout the building process

  • Identify project risks early and implement solutions before they become issues

  • Support a seamless transition from pre-construction planning through active construction and project completion

What You Will Bring

  • Ability to build trust with customers and confidently communicate project scope, site development requirements, budgets, and timelines

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or 5+ years of related experience

  • Experience in residential construction, project management, site development, land development, or a related field

  • Knowledge of Oregon building codes, permitting processes, and development requirements

  • Understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, site development, and project coordination

  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
