What you'll do

- Lead daily job site mobilization, conduct professional kick-offs with homeowners, and set clear expectations.
- Oversee on-site execution, manage the roofing crew, and perform continuous quality control to ensure workmanship meets our high standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Manage end-of-day procedures, conduct final walk-throughs, and ensure every job site is left clean and orderly.
