Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Prepare financial forecasts
- Prepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to
- Manage RFI process and submittal process
- Prepare job meeting agendas
- Approve pay applications and invoices from subcontractors
- Review pay applications to Owners
- Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule or job cost
- Approve Owner and subcontractor change requests and change orders
- Provide prompt responses to all team members
- Maintain quality control throughout project
- Determine time of Punch List walk-throughs
- Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site
- Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities
- Bid new projects as assigned
