Position Overview
Project management role within PMO office, responsible for process and systems improvements, coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and leading testing efforts for enterprise system changes and implementations. Serves as a key support point between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project leads to ensure requirements are validated, issues are documented, and projects move forward with clear communication and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
IT Project Management
- Coordinate project planning, task tracking, status updates, and meeting coordination.
- Lead testing coordination, including test plans, test scripts, UAT schedules, and results tracking.
- Work independently with business users to confirm test scenarios align with requirements and operational workflows.
- Track defects, open issues, decisions, risks, and follow-up items through resolution.
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities, documentation, communication, and post-launch issue tracking.
Process and Systems Improvements
- Serve as project manager for Partner Solutions-related system improvements, and identify opportunities for improvements
- Design and lead staff trainings, creating related resources and running bi-weekly office hours
- Lead and motivate staff and clients to develop and implement meaningful use of our technology, and provide related trouble-shooting support
- Identify patterns in requests and where appropriate propose & implement solutions
- Maintain systems, process documentation, and data quality
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology stakeholders across the organization; make connections in understanding the impact of systems improvements across all platforms and teams
- Collaborate with IT team to determine priorities and ensure alignment across the firm
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination and/or management of business systems support, testing, or related work.
- Experience supporting technology projects, system implementations, or enterprise applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort documenting issues and outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $56,000 - $64,000. Our salary ranges are based on national compensation benchmarks of similar sized companies in professional services. This position is eligible for an annual bonus at 5% of the annual salary.

Location Requirements
This is a full-time position. The position can operate on a hybrid schedule, based in our Washington, DC, or Durham, NC offices, or it can be fully remote from the following locations: Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, or Virginia.
If a new hire is within proximity of our Washington, DC or Durham, NC offices, the expectation during onboarding (~90 days) is that you come into the office a minimum of 3 days per week. After this onboarding period, employees can then come into the office on a more flexible schedule with the remaining days worked at home/remotely.
