As the Project Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination for enterprise-wide initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with internal departments, executive leadership, technology consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
A key priority for Project Manager will be leading The League's Salesforce optimization initiative, including the Salesforce Experience Cloud member portal implementation, system enhancements, organizational training efforts, and ongoing adoption strategies. In addition, you will help establish and maintain a repeatable project management framework that supports enterprise projects, organizational efficiency efforts, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible for:
- Leading enterprise-wide projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitating project meetings, document decisions, and ensuring accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinating project activities across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
- Serving as a key stakeholder for The League's Salesforce optimization initiative.
- Coordinating efforts between internal teams, Salesforce consultants, vendors, and organizational stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of the Salesforce Experience Cloud member portal.
- Preparing and presenting project updates, recommendations, and status reports to executive leadership.
- Tracking project budgets, resource utilization, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Developing and maintaining project governance standards, documentation, lessons learned, and reporting processes.
- Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You Need to Be Qualified for This Job:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification from PMI preferred. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management credentials will also be considered.
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of project management, project coordination, or related experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and enterprise projects.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Power BI or similar platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to executive leadership.
- Experience supporting Salesforce, CRM, data governance, or enterprise technology initiatives strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
As a Project Manager, you will work in a remote or hybrid environment and collaborate regularly with team members, leadership, consultants, and vendors across The League's footprint. This role requires occasional evening and after-hours work to support project deadlines and organizational initiatives. Moderate travel, including overnight and airline travel, is required for meetings, conferences, and organizational events. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently are required.
