The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

·        Oversee and coordinate all phases of condition assessments and trenchless construction projects, including data analysis and life cycle planning, project development, preconstruction, project delivery, quality control, and technical innovations.

·        Liaison with sales and business development staff from lead generation through RFP and contracting.

·        Expedited project initiation and pre-construction planning to the degree that all projects can be effectively and successfully executed.

·        Monitor work project schedule and job-cost daily to assure project profitability.

·        Assure Customer expectations are met or exceeded in a manner that maximizes profitability.

·        Promote and support the Ellingson Core Values through modeling the desired behaviors and communicating and reinforcing the messages through daily activities and interactions.

Requirements:

· Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering

· 2-5 years of experience in underground or commercial construction

· Experience in trenchless applications is preferred, with an emphasis on CIPP
