Position Summary:
The Project Manager at TOLM Group provides proactive leadership across all phases of assigned construction projects, from initial planning and buyout through execution, close-out, and warranty. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager works closely with Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial aspects of the project, from job setup through billing, forecasting, and closeout to meet profitability targets.
Lead the buyout process by reviewing and confirming subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure competitive pricing and margins.
Maintain consistent cost tracking to ensure financial control.
Develop a deep understanding of the project’s scope, plans, and contractual obligations.
Administer subcontracts and purchase orders in accordance with contract terms.
Work in partnership with the safety team to ensure projects meet TOLM’s safety standards.
Set up projects in management software, assign cost codes, and maintain project documentation.
Collaborate with the Senior PM to establish the Schedule of Values and maintain an accurate project schedule.
Participate in 2-3 week look-ahead meetings with the project team.
Lead weekly internal project updates and monthly on-site progress meetings with stakeholders.
Manage long-lead items and procurement tracking, reviewing material and equipment lead times bi-weekly.
Assess and confirm manpower needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications.
Coordinate and finalize the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) with input from the safety team.
Lead the preparation, review, and submission of all change orders and project modifications.
Ensure positive project cash flow and submit timely monthly financial reports to the Senior PM.
Implement and manage project-specific QA/QC protocols, logs, and documentation.
Prepare and submit RFIs and Submittals for engineering review.
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project performance and quality.
Complete OSHA 30-hour certification.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent field experience will also be considered.
A minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience is preferred.
PMP Certification and/or PE License are preferred but not required.
