Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a wide variety of technical projects in a competent and effective way with a high level of quality result and on-time delivery. This position will work closely with the various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support various process improvement initiatives. The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and summarize project status for WMCHealth Leadership.



 



               Responsibilities: 




  • Responsible for providing day-to-day management of a broad range of system or solution projects including information security, telecommunications, IT Operations, Facility Related, infrastructure and interdependencies between projects or programs.

  • Manage project implementations and/or client conversions and utilize technical expertise to overcome project roadblocks for on-time delivery.

  • Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple system or solution projects and network within the organization to drive initiatives, strategies and issue resolutions.

  • Create, monitor and provide on-going communication to appropriate stakeholders and support a technical operation or application team in achieving organizational goals

  • Report risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address concerns.

  • Manage interdependencies between projects or programs.

  • Develop detailed project plans and manage technical project process documentation and fact sheets.

  • Assure communication with support structures (help desk) and teams, document necessary processes and key information to assure sustainability of implemented project

  • Provide oversight and support of Executive Presentations and assure the various organizational governance processes are supported at key times



 



Qualifications/Requirements:



Experience: 5 years of experience in the Technical Sector of Information Technology.



Education:  Bachelor of Science or Five Years of Information Technology Experience, required.



       Licenses / Certifications:  N/A



Other:  Proven ability to work in a team setting, effective analytic ability, recognition of situations and solutions, able to focus on timeframes and tasks,  interact with high level executives and handle multiple tasks.
