A Property Manager contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to tenants, people seeking housing or other visitors. Within their duties of Property Manager for AHF’s Healthy Housing Foundation location, this position has the opportunity to give stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF and HHF. In this role you will be showing living units, signing leases and forms, scheduling move-ins accordioning to scheduled work, bringing-in resources for the families, setting up the rooms for the families and providing them with all the necessary items including things like remotes and rules. Additionally, you will use your knowledge of property management to provide written reports on progress of the building, complete incident, safety or security reports, collect rent, and update tenants database (AppFolio).
A Property Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by increasing HHF’s ability to serve more clients. Proper management of AHF’s property protects AHF and maximizes use of AHF’s HHF. The Property Manager adds consistent value to AHF’s HHF programs by adapting to various situations with ease and being flexible.
