In this role, you’ll work directly with property owners to ensure their homes are well cared for, performing at their highest potential, and positioned for long-term success. You’ll serve as the connection between our company and our homeowners — providing thoughtful guidance, proactive communication, and strategic recommendations that protect and enhance their investments.
You will be an integral part of expanding our property management portfolio by connecting with vacation rental investors, sharing the advantages of partnering with Garden City Realty, nurturing leads, and developing long-term relationships with property owners.
This is a relationship-driven role that combines relationship-building, sales, and strategic outreach to drive growth.
Every day will bring new opportunities to collaborate with homeowners, visit properties, identify improvements, and work with internal teams to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Property Manager, you are a trusted guide, a problem-solver, and instrumental in making each property owner understand how to maintain property condition, maximize gross annual income, and increase the number of repeat guests over their partnership with us.
You’ll:
- Provide property management services to the homeowners represented by the company.
- Assist in marketing activities directed at onboarding new rental properties.
- Facilitate asset upkeep via consistent communication with homeowners regarding their property condition.
- Travel to properties under management in an effort to view property conditions first-hand.
- Recommend and manage rental rates in an effort to maximize income based on market demand.
- Enter data in the property management system (Escapia) utilitized by the company.
- Work proactively with other departments within the company to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide high-level customer service to all clients we serve.
