Job Description

Property Marketing Specialist

Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Classification: Full-Time, In-Person
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000, Based on Experience
Reports to: Director of Operations

You’re reliable, focused, and take pride in executing your work quickly and accurately. You have a good eye for visual detail, especially when it comes to property photos. You can shoot and edit pictures, and you’re excited by the idea of flying a drone (or already know how). You manage multiple projects without missing a beat and don’t need someone to chase you down to meet a deadline.

  • Advanced skills in Canva and/or Photoshop
  • Experience editing photos (light/color correction, cropping)
  • Can take high-quality property photos
  • Drone operation experience preferred, but not required
  • FAA Part 107 drone certification preferred; we will support certification for the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail with clean, professional design instincts
  • Comfortable working with templates and following brand guidelines

Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Taking property photos and drone footage
  • Editing photos for use in marketing materials
  • Creating and updating flyers, offering memorandums, and other marketing pieces
  • Graphic design and visual markup on photos (Photoshop & Canva)
  • Assisting with property-specific email blasts
  • Publishing and updating property listings online
  • Supporting agents with marketing material requests
  • Managing projects and deadlines across multiple listings
  • Following structured processes and using templates effectively
  • Occasionally interacting with clients or vendors in-person or by phone
