We are currently seeking a Property Reputation Administrative Assistant

The Property Reputation Administrative Assistant serves as a key operational support role responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of administrative processes across multiple properties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and support cross-functional operational initiatives. Primary responsibilities include overseeing administrative workflows, managing monthly reporting, coordinating platform and account updates, maintaining review escalations daily, and supporting property-level operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong administrative experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, can meet deadlines, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple ongoing priorities with professionalism and accountability. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle Tracking Implementation for communities as they go live with their CRMs
  • Complete monthly Property Shop Reports.
  • Complete monthly Review Tracking Reports.
  • Provide company reporting and support vendor requests, as needed.  
  • Manage community review escalations while maintaining a 100% company-wide response rate.
  • Assist with the monthly Review Incentive Program and determine which sites need additional support. 
  • Create QR codes for teams, as needed.
    • Assist in creating and updating team SOPs and help documents for communities.
    • Gather and organize data to support community occupancy initiatives, as needed.
    • Support miscellaneous projects, including compliance tracking, online updates & other admin tasks

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1–3 years of administrative, operations, or property management support experience preferred
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
    • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

    Compensation: Full-Time - $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
