Description

  ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Medical Program Manager  to support the Kern County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services.


The candidate must demonstrate sufficient familiarity with each of the following areas to effectively oversee staff and subcontractors performing this work:

• Large-scale document scanning and digitization — including chain-of-custody, OCR, metadata indexing, and DPI standards.

• Enterprise document management platforms — including role-based access, version control, approval workflows, and system integrations.

• Contract lifecycle management platforms — including approval routing, automated alerts, renewal notifications, and version control.

• Multi-division document environments — the contract spans closed medical records, employee records, Finance Division, Medical Services, Correctional Behavioral Health, Psychiatric Evaluation Center, Crisis Services, and grant and FOIA documentation.

  • Experience tracking project expenditures against a contract ceiling and managing deliverable-based billing.
  •  Ability to maintain books and records available for County audit for a minimum of three (3) years post-contract. 
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary point of contact between a vendor and a government agency client.
  •  Demonstrated ability to prepare written status reports, milestone documentation, and performance reviews.
  •  Demonstrated ability to present to a governing board, evaluation committee, or equivalent body.
Requirements

 

Current, unexpired HIPAA Privacy and Security training certification — must be verifiable at time of proposal submission.

• Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements sufficient to oversee staff compliance and respond to audit or breach events.

• Experience overseeing PHI safeguards and breach notification procedures in a technology project environment.
