Description
Lead in the full-cycle recruitment of top-tier medical and clinical professionals. To play a critical role in expanding our clinical networks by identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality candidates aligned with our organization's standard of care. This role involves building robust talent pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with physician leadership.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree, preferably in health-care administration, or business administration preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician staffing, vendor management, or corporate talent acquisition.
BACKGROUND:
- Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the medical office.
- Solid understanding of healthcare provider credentialing, licensing, and medical staff bylaws is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. High degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidential information.
