Job Description



Assists the CFM Chief Medical Officer, Executive Director of Kirksville Market, and Managers of Outreach Services in administrative, secretarial, and other support duties related to the oversight of CFM Providers and projects.  




  • Associate Degree in Secretarial Science or high school diploma and equivalent experience and knowledge required

  • Two years secretarial experience required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

  • Ability to maintain, retrieve, analyze and process documentation

  • Knowledge of filing & office systems

  • Ability to organize work and handle multiple projects/priorities

  • Ability to greet and serve visitors in a manner conducive to positive customer relations

  • Knowledge of proper English, spelling and grammar

  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
