The PSA and Compliance Administrator, in collaboration with the PQI Director, is responsible for overseeing multiple critical areas within the UC Program, focusing on the prevention of sexual abuse (PSA) and ensuring program compliance with the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s (ORR) regulations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role entails overseeing activities across various teams within the UC Program, including training, activities coordination, office administration, records, data management and case expedition.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services from an accredited College or University
PLUS at least 1 (one) year of experience working in program compliance within the child welfare system required.
Master’s degree from an accredited College or University with a major in a relevant Behavioral Science field preferred.
UC experience a plus.
License in the State of Florida in the areas of Psychology, Mental Health, Clinical Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy preferred.
Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) and be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work a schedule that is responsive to the Program’s needs.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record.
