You'll own relationships with major manufacturers, influence inventory and forecasting decisions, and use data to drive improvements across freight, distribution, and operations. What you’ll do
- Purchase $400m in net revenue annually, being the owner of one of our biggest manufacturers
- Understand trends and gaps in inventory in-stock and seek solutions
- Forecast for the manufacturer and collaborate with their sales representative
- Analyze small-parcel freight costs and performance, and strategize as a team
- Coordinate ocean and LTL logistics across multiple departments
- Assist with analytical projects and reporting for Logistics, Distribution, Glasses Manufacturing, and Purchasing, helping to push them forward
What you'll need
- 2+ years of financial, operational, purchasing, freight, or analytical experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
