Job Description

Reports To: Director, US Marketing

Based on the candidate’s location, this role may be remote or hybrid at our US Headquarters in Mount Laurel, NJ, or at one of our regional showrooms.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for developing and deploying Architectural Interiors marketing resources that support sales pursuits and business development across the US market. The position works closely with sales leadership, dealers, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing tools, client-facing materials, and digital resources that strengthen Teknion’s position in competitive project pursuits.

As part of the Teknion US Marketing team, the role also supports large-scale corporate events and regional showroom events, ensuring Architectural Interiors marketing initiatives are effectively integrated into broader marketing programs and sales strategies.

The position collaborates with Regional Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Architectural Interiors Sales and Design leadership, US Regional Sales leadership, and Teknion’s dealer network to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and programs that support Architectural Interiors growth in the US market. Responsibilities may also include responding to day-to-day sales requests and producing both digital and print marketing assets for a variety of client engagements.

This role plays a key part in strengthening Architectural Interiors visibility, positioning, and pursuit readiness across the US market.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Pursuit Enablement

  • Develop and deliver marketing resources that enable sales teams and dealers to pursue strategic client opportunities, including business development, product presentations, mock-ups, presentations, RFP submissions, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing AI Marketing, US Regional Marketing Pursuits Manager, Proposal Team, Global and Strategic Accounts Marketing, and Architectural Interiors Sales Leadership to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and strategic positioning across pursuit materials.
  • Partner with sales teams and dealer partners to create customized marketing tools that support client engagement and competitive project pursuits.

Marketing Program Support

  • Work with Regional and Corporate Architectural Interiors Marketing teams to develop and deploy marketing materials that support the US sales organization and Architectural Interiors positioning.
  • Assist in the development of digital and print marketing assets aligned with market strategy and sales initiatives for the US market.

Events and Activations

  • Support planning and execution of major corporate events such as Design Days and the Americas Sales Conference.
  • Plan and execute regional showroom and sales events in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 

Collaboration and Operations

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, dealer partners, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, sales-focused marketing environment by supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing or sales support. Contract furniture or commercial interiors industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes within a sales-driven environment.
  • Experience managing complex projects and large-scale events.
  • Experience developing both digital and print marketing materials.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative experience developing multimedia and visual marketing assets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%). 

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
  • Ceros experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Google Workspace, particularly Drive and Sheets
  • Project Management software, preferably Asana
