Our Quality Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our C4ISR Systems, which are used by military and government agencies around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Lead quality engineering efforts to develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for C4ISR programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Supervise and develop a team of quality engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including AS9100
• Analyze and resolve complex quality issues, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
