The Role

The Quick Lube is the front door to the entire service department. It is where speed, quality, and first impressions decide whether a customer comes back. As Quick Lube Foreman at Castle Rock Ford, you run that lane. You set the pace, hold the quality bar, and lead the techs who keep cars moving. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn a fast bay into a clean, profitable, repeat-business machine.

We are looking for a foreman who already knows express service inside and out and wants to own it. Someone who leads from the floor, not the sidelines.

What You'll Do

• Run the express lane day to day: workflow, bay assignments, pace, and quality control across every ticket.
• Lead, train, and develop lube and express technicians, and hold them to clear speed and quality standards.
• Own multipoint inspection completion on every vehicle and make sure findings are documented and presented accurately.
• Keep cycle times tight without cutting corners, balancing throughput against quality and customer experience.
• Partner with service advisors to convert inspection findings into properly sold additional work.
• Enforce process discipline on safety, cleanliness, fluid and tire standards, and proper repair-order documentation.
• Step in on the tools when volume demands it and set the example for how the work gets done.

Grow the Lane

This role is judged on output, not just upkeep. You will be expected to:

• Drive higher inspection completion and declined-work recapture through a consistent, coached process.
• Increase express throughput and capacity without sacrificing quality or CSI.
• Build customer retention through speed, accuracy, and a lane experience people come back for.
• Develop your techs into faster, sharper, more capable performers and a pipeline for the larger shop.

Who You Are

• An experienced express or quick-service technician ready to lead, or a current foreman looking to own a faster lane.
• Strong working knowledge of oil service, tires, brakes, fluids, and multipoint inspection standards.
• A natural pace-setter who can train, hold accountability, and keep a high-volume bay organized under pressure.
• Quality-driven, with a track record of clean work, proper documentation, and strong customer experience scores.
• Comfortable in a DMS and service workflow tools (Xtime, DealerTrack, CDK, Reynolds, or equivalent).
• Ford / Quick Lane experience and familiarity with Ford service and inspection standards is a strong plus.
• Holds a valid Colorado driver's license with an insurable driving record and is authorized to work in the United States.
