This Family Nurse Practitioner functions as a sole provider with a rotating/repeating schedule typically working between two paired clinic locations (Conyers & Lawrenceville).
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing with at least 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, preferably with Retail, ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care experience.
