Job Description

J. Allen Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused QuickLane Service Advisor to join our growing service team!

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers, and enjoys working closely with both technicians and team members to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting and assisting service customers
• Recommending maintenance and repair services
• Writing and managing repair orders
• Following up with customers throughout the service process
• Assisting with customer satisfaction and retention
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
• Supporting team training and development
• Participating in advisor and service meetings
• Ensuring the service drive/front area is secured at closing

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ford or QuickLane experience is a plus
