WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • GREET CUSTOMERS PROMPTLY AND PROVIDE A WELCOMING, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

  • ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH ROUTINE MAINTENANCE NEEDS, INCLUDING OIL CHANGES, TIRE SERVICES, BATTERIES, FILTERS, AND FACTORY-SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE.

  • RECOMMEND MAINTENANCE SERVICES BASED ON VEHICLE MILEAGE, CONDITION, AND MANUFACTURER GUIDELINES.

  • PREPARE SERVICE ESTIMATES AND EXPLAIN RECOMMENDED SERVICES IN A CLEAR, CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY MANNER.

  • COORDINATE VEHICLE FLOW THROUGH THE QUICK LANE TO ENSURE TIMELY SERVICE.

  • KEEP CUSTOMERS UPDATED ON SERVICE PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIMES.

  • ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS.

  • WORK CLOSELY WITH TECHNICIANS TO ENSURE ACCURATE COMMUNICATION AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

  • PROCESS REPAIR ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND SERVICE DOCUMENTATION ACCURATELY.

  • BUILD LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • SALES OR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
  • AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
  • ORGANIZED, DEPENDABLE, AND TEAM-ORIENTED.
  • COMFORTABLE RECOMMENDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES THAT BENEFIT CUSTOMERS AND THEIR VEHICLES.
