We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of oncology patients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, we’d love to meet you.

Location: Multiple sites across the Phoenix Valley

What You’ll Do

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the oncologist
• Educate patients on procedures, side effects, and care expectations
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
• Perform simulations and create immobilization devices
• Operate radiation therapy equipment (Elekta experience preferred)
• Conduct daily quality assurance (QA) checks on equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Support new technology implementation and assist with student training

What You Bring

• ARRT Certification (required)
• 1–2+ years of radiation therapy experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong patient care, communication, and observation skills
• Ability to travel between clinic locations with reliable transportation
