Description

We are seeking a radiologic technologist / medical assistant to work primarily in our new Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic in Weaverville, NC, set to open soon.  The primary responsibilities will be as a medical assistant to include rooming patients, casting, splinting, and drawing up injections.  The clinic hours will be 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.  In this small clinic setting, staff will be required to cross train to assist other team members when needed.  This would included cross training with the  front desk staff and the primary radiologic technologist.  There will also be occasional assignments to work in our evening or Saturday morning Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic in Asheville as well.   

Requirements

ARRT Registry required and previous experience in an orthopedic clinic is preferred.
