Summary:

The Treasure Coast office of Dean Mead is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to join its established and growing Real Estate Department.  We are considering both associate-level candidates and experienced attorneys with a partial book of business.  


This position offers the opportunity to work on a sophisticated and diverse range of matters, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate.  Responsibilities will include the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, loan documents, and related transaction documents, as well as title and survey review, due diligence, and general real estate counseling.  Candidates may also have the opportunity to work on matters involving development projects, including land use and zoning, utilities, traffic concurrency and construction permitting across a variety of commercial, residential and mixed-use project types.
