Receptionist – The Receptionist will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily business operations.
Essential Duties
- Answering and transferring inbound calls, while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance
- Properly noting the account and delegating tasks to the correct department
- Performing clerical office duties
- Retrieving incoming mail from local post office
- Sorting and scanning incoming mail to accounts.
