Job Responsibilities:
- Assertively and cheerfully perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible experience for the customer
- Acknowledge and greet each showroom visitor
- Answer all incoming calls with a professional and friendly voice
- Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing time they are put on hold
- Take messages, forward calls, etc.
- Provide basic information to callers who have general questions (address, hours, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
