Receptionist
Job Summary:
Alpine Care of Zion is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Shift hours are 3PM-8PM Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and handle confidential documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including managing patient flow
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and referring them to the appropriate staff member when necessary
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
• Support other departments as needed, including medical records, billing, and marketing

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
