Receptionist / Central Supply Coordinator (Full Time)

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This position also supports our Central Supply department, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.

As the first person residents, families, visitors, and vendors meet, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our facility running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Reception Duties (Primary Focus)

  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Assist visitors with questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the front desk and lobby in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Help create an outstanding first impression for everyone who enters our community.

Central Supply Duties

  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking medical and office supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership when supplies need to be reordered.
  • Distribute supplies throughout the facility while maintaining organization and accuracy.
  • Help ensure departments have the supplies needed to provide excellent resident care.

Qualifications

  • Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Weekend availability is required as part of the regular schedule.
  • Holiday rotation may be required.
