Position Overview:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the City of Georgetown and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to citizens, visitors, and employees.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
- Ability to sit, stand, and move about the office for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
- Ability to lift and carry office materials and supplies as needed.
