Position Summary
The Veterinary Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience while helping maintain smooth daily hospital operations.
This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and kind in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answering phones and managing client communication
Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily workflow
Checking patients in and out
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Communicating clearly with doctors and support staff
Assisting clients with questions, prescriptions, and follow-up care
- Managing electronic medical records, appointment scheduling systems, and digital client communication efficiently and accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of reception areas
Supporting teammates and helping where needed throughout the hospital
Helping create a positive and collaborative work environment
