Job Summary
Culligan Water is seeking an individual as a secretary experienced in customer relations. The Secretary works directly with customers to schedule routes, resolve problems, and meet related needs. The Secretary will perform routine tasks such as posting payments, processing transactions, and contacting customers for delivery and service and providing customer support. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

Responsibilities
  • Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
  • Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
  • Schedule service and delivery orders 
  • Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
  • Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Posting transactions on customer accounts

Qualifications
  • High school diploma 
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
