Job Description

FOCUS HEALTH NETWORK: Watsontown Nursing & Rehab

Looking for someone with great communication skills, customer service, computer knowledge, & multi-tasker.

Salary: $13.50 per hour

Shift Type: Night shift 4pm-8pm Tuesdays and Fridays, rotating weekends hours would be 8a-2p.

The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, residents and others. Answering phones and taking messages in a professional manner.

Job Duties:

  • Must be able to Multi-task.

  • Provides assistance, guidance, and direction to visitors and vendors. Ascertains the nature of visitors' business, responding accordingly.

  • Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.

  • Maintains log of items received; delivers or arranges for the delivery of items to residents and appropriate personnel.

  • Maintains directory and files on active and discharged residents, their location, resident status, and other pertinent information according to established procedure.

  • Directs inquiries regarding resident condition to appropriate personnel.

  • Assists in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.

Job Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Recommended Experience: 1 Year as a Receptionist

  • Experience in Healthcare Environment Preferred
